DrawTown Account and Data Deletion
Use either method below to request deletion of your DrawTown account and associated data.
Request deletion without the app
You can request deletion by email even if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in.
Email an account deletion request
Send to: drawtown.team@gmail.com
Include your registered email address and sign-in provider (Google or Apple). If you use Apple's Hide My Email, include the relay email address used for DrawTown if available. If you cannot find it, let us know in your request.
If the button does not open an email app, copy the address into your email service and use “DrawTown account deletion request” as the subject.
The DrawTown team will verify account ownership before processing deletion and reply with the result. We may ask for additional information to locate or verify your account. Never send passwords or verification codes.
Delete your account in the app
Open the gear icon on the main screen → Settings → Delete account. Leave all villages first. If you own a village, transfer ownership before leaving.
If you cannot use the app, email us using the method above; you do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request.
Data deleted and timing
Deletion removes your account information, profile, drawings, uploaded photos, chats, letters, currency ledger, notification settings and push tokens associated with your account. Deletion cannot be undone, and all currency, including purchased diamonds, is lost.
Account and related database data are removed when deletion is processed. Stored drawings, photos and face images are cleaned up afterward. Files left due to connection issues are removed within 30 days, except retained records described below. Email requests require account verification before deletion is processed.
Records retained as exceptions
The following follows our Privacy Policy:

| Consumer complaints and dispute records | 3 years for legal obligations. |
| Server access records (IP address and access time) | 3 months for legal obligations. |
| Reports and copies of reported content | 1 year from receipt to prevent abuse; deleted immediately if the reporter deletes their account. |
| Shared village records | User identifiers are removed on account deletion. Anonymized records remain until the village is deleted. |
